Tachyon is Integreon’s proprietary secure digital workspace for efficiently managing workflows. You can submit job requests, upload files, track order status, and retrieve complete files. The Web-based application delivers capabilities needed by a variety of users. End users can submit source files, provide specific instructions, request turnaround times, and specify recipients for completed files. Production managers can view the status of all in-progress jobs as well as completion estimates, monitor availability of production staff and assign jobs accordingly, and run management reports on time tracking, utilization, and work volumes.
