The report is designed to serve as a guide to understanding vendor capabilities by examining differences in offering, depth, maturity, scale, and strategy. The ValueNotes Sourcing Prism represents a series of service providers in terms of three parameters:
Services Maturity – the service expertise that a service provider has built, evaluated by assessing the depth of services, the industry experience and the relative position on the services value chain.- Sustainability – measured by assessing financial strength, company brand, scale, risks from client concentration, diversity of client base, service focus and debt levels.
- Strategic Intent – measuring the strategic decision-making element in a company, both in theory and in execution.
